Where do you get the best pizza in London? It’s always going to be subjective, but I was particularly impressed with my recent visit to Pizza East. It’s located in a former tea warehouse in buzzing Shoreditch, very close to Brick Lane. There’s a deli inside where you can buy charcuterie and cheeses, and there’s also an informal cafe area where you can enjoy a coffee or biscotti.
The pizzas are made in a wood-oven and there’s quite an unusual selection to choose from. I opted for the butternut squash, pancetta and fontina pizza as I wanted something that felt Autumnal.
