A Fantastic Flavour of Jersey: Ocean Restaurant at One-O-One

What happens when two great chefs create a menu together? As you can imagine, the results are extraordinary. I was recently invited to experience a flavour of Jersey with Ocean Restaurant at One-O-One in Knightsbridge. Mark Jordan, a Michelin starred chef from Jersey and Pascal Proyart, an equally talented chef from London put together an extraordinary menu.

It was a great introduction to both One-O-One and to Ocean Restaurant. One-O-One Restaurant, conveniently located on Knightsbridge high street in the Sheraton Park Tower, specializes in contemporary French style fish and seafood. I’d never been before, but it’s recognised as the third best restaurant in London by The Sunday Times Food List in 2015. Executive Head Chef Pascal Proyart, originally from Brittany in France, is passionate about sustainable yet innovative fish dishes.
