I’ve long been a fan of the St James’ Court, a luxury London hotel that’s part of the Taj Group. It combines understated comfort with some fantastic restaurants, and the courtyard is a perfect spot to dine in Summer. So when Zomato, the restaurant review site who have recently acquired Urbanspoon, suggested that I review their Laurent Perrier champagne flight and Bistro 51, you can imagine how excited I was.
We walked past Buckingham Palace and quickly arrived at the hotel, an imposing Victorian building close to St James’s Park. Inside, the golden hues of the reception made a welcome contrast to the grey day outside. We were shown to Bistro 51’s dining room, a very comfy space adorned with modern artworks. The hotel is also home to Michelin starred Indian restaurant Quilon and the modern restaurant, Bank, with its airy conservatory overlooking the courtyard. Normally you’d have the Laurent Perrier flight of champagne..The post Bistro 51 – Laurent Perrier Champagne Flight at St James’ Court appeared first on Luxury Columnist.
