Reimagining Botticelli with Daphne’s and the V&A

Chelsea has long been one of London’s most desirable areas and one of its most iconic restaurants is Daphne’s. Located in the shopping mecca of Brompton Cross, it’s also very convenient for South Kensington’s famous museums. So much so that Daphne’s has just launched a special menu in conjunction with the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Botticelli Reimagined is the fascinating new exhibition at the V&A, one of my favourite London museums. The largest Botticelli exhibition in the UK in over 80 years, it brings together 50 of the artist’s original works. It not only focuses on Botticelli but also on the myriad of artists who have been inspired by his work, including Pre-Raphelite painter Dante Rosetti and more recently, Andy Warhol.
