Monte-Carlo is one of the most glamorous destinations in the world with fine dining galore but it also has some more informal places where you can have a very relaxed drinking or dining experience. One of the best of these is the Brasserie de Monaco, which is Monte-Carlo’s only micro brewery. Located right on the harbour, it’s a prime spot all year round and in particular during the Grand Prix when the cars pass right outside.
Inside there’s a casual but comfy bar with a large screen for sports events and a separate private dining room. When we visited, it was December but warm enough to eat outside so how could we resist! The menu gives you a potted history of the micro brewery, which opened in 2008.
